A good first experience with this Company. Emilio the AC Tech was here when they said he would be, was very professional, friendly and got right to work. He was able to fix the problem with my Mini Split AC downstairs, without trying to sell me a whole new system which has been and issue with other AC companies in the past. Fixed a small leak and recharged the unit with refrigerant and it's blowing like an Artic breeze downstairs. He also helped diagnose a problem with my upstairs unit (needs a new evaporator fan) Easy fix if I can find the part. I also appreciate him diagnosing and working on the units even though it's a lesser known brand and other companies never even heard of them -Soleus. He said the owner should be contacting me to help find the part. Again, excellent service. I'm going to put them in my contacts for go to AC issues in the future!

I recently had Blue Wave Heating and Air come over to fix our A/C which shut off suddenly. Bryan came over and diagnosed the problem and explained in detail the issue and suggested few friendly tips to help self clean the unit for better functioning, he was very knowledge and did a fantastic job.. plus he even installed a Wifi thermostat. Looking at the quality of the work and reasonable priced we signed up for the annual maintenance service . Highly Recommended..

Called Blue Wave when A/C not coming on. Bryan came over that day and was able to fix the problem. Much appreciated in this hot weather! He has always been courteous and professional in the 3 years I've used his services.

The job involved replacing an old AC/gas furnace with a heat pump/gas furnace combination and installing a mini-split in the garage/workshop area. Bryan listened to all of the requests I had, did most, talked me out of a couple. This new system will use the heat pump for cooling and heating - up to a point: when outside temperatures are low enough, the system will switch from heat pump to gas furnace in an attempt to use the most energy efficient heat source. The new unit has been keeping the house within my preferred temperature range and is quieter than the old system. Bryan and his team showed up on time, patiently answered any questions. Install went smoothly.

Bryan is the ultimate AC guy! Not only has he helped us when our AC has gone out on a weekend, he is very prompt and fair. He is affordable and very honest! We wouldnt use anyone else. We have used him probably 10 times throughout the years. I referred him to my aunt who is out of his territory and he was the least expensive for a new AC and took care of her! Im immunocompromised and he has no issues wearing a mask in our house. He is very respectful! You cant go wrong with Blue Wave AC and Bryan!

So I had 2 other hvac companies out before to try and repair ac system. System was only 3 years old on new construction. They couldn't figure out the issue. Called Blue Wave and he found the issue and repaired it after getting the parts. Ever since then I refuse to use anyone else. I have a maintenance contract with them and it has already paid off AGAIN. Just had condenser replaced under warranty with a healthy discount due to my maintenance contract. Highly recommend Bryan and his team. They are honest and knowledgeable. I rarely ever review places but I felt compelled to share my experiences.

We are a property management company and with the recent cold snap the temperatures drop down to 26, I had two different addresses lose heat. I contacted Blue Wave Heating and Air, and not only did they respond the same day within an hour. We have a lot of homes and we require serves all the time. Hands down, the best customer service we have experienced. They are a good value and to boot, my tenants both loved the technician taking time to explain why in each case the heater failed and in one case how to keep it from happening again.

I had a great experience hiring Blue Wave for a unique problem I had in my home. Gave Brian a call, explained the project, and setup a time to have a consult/quote. He showed up, understood the problem entirely, entertained all my questions (new homeowner), and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was extremely efficient, polite, and communicative throughout the install, and I'm sure on larger projects requiring more labor, anyone helping will follow his lead. He knocked out an issue that has plagued this house for over a decade in 2 days, a third for cleanup and airflow tuning. I called Bryan because a tech from another company wanted to replace my outdoor unit. It was going to cost $3600 and I wanted to get some other quotes. Bryan answered right away and suggested trying to fix it vs replacing it. He spent all day out here diagnosing it (far more than the technician from the other company did) and replaced 1 part. The AC now runs great, better than it has in years. Bryan was very professional and I feel like he went the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfect. The first tech put to much freon in and if I had them replace the outside unit, the issue would not have been resolved. Bryan cleaned the unit out and stayed for a good period after the fix to make sure the pressure and temperature levels were as expected. I have already given Bryan's info to several other people because I was so impressed.
